CENTER VALLEY, Pa. - Loyola University Maryland had 62 student-athletes named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll during the fall 2013 season.
To be eligible for the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must hold a 3.20 grade-point average in the semester of their sport's competitive season.
Men's soccer freshmen Brennan Goldsmith, Antony Sare and senior Thurman Van Riper, along with women's cross country runners Sara Gilson and Jessica Peters all earned a 4.00 last semester, while competing in their respective sport.
The men's soccer team had the largest number of student-athletes recognized with 16, finishing second among all league teams.
