BALTIMORE – Loyola University Maryland women's soccer, which is one of four teams still unbeaten in Patriot League play through two games, hosts American in a conference matchup at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
The team will be celebrating Youth Night at Ridley Athletic Complex. All kids wearing their youth soccer jersey will be admitted free with a paid adult. There will be poster making, temporary tattoos, post game autographs and more for kids in attendance.

- Sarah Bayer scored her third goal of 2019 in the 36th minute, and Paige Sim made a season-high seven saves in goal in a 1-1 draw with Holy Cross at Ridley on Saturday.
- Nicole Rivas and Taylor DiMarco assisted on Bayer's goal, with each picking up their first points of the season.
- Hannah Hoefs totaled a team-high six shots, including a near game-winning effort in the 97th minute which rattled off the crossbar.

Bayer, Sim Earn Honorable Mention Recognition from Patriot League
- The Patriot League released its weekly awards on Monday, with Sarah Bayer and Paige Sim included among the five honorable mention recipients.
- Bayer, who was named Offensive Player of the Week back on August 26, had seven shots during a 1-0-1 week for Loyola, including Saturday's opening goal.
- Sim played all 207 minutes in goal across the two contests, improving to 3-0-1 with a 0.65 goals-against average and a .842 save percentage on the year. She ranks second in the Patriot League in GAA, and she is third in save percentage.
