LEWISBURG, Pa. – Loyola University Maryland's relay teams had season-best performances on Sunday, helping the women's track and field team finish seventh at the 2022 Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships at Bucknell University.
Eve Schoenberg,
Ajia Morrison,
Olivia Malley and
Carly Spinnler posted a time of 3:58.24 in the 4x400-meter relay to win their heat by more than 12 seconds and secure a fifth-place overall finish in the event.
The distance medley relay team –
Kate Ragone,
Ainsley Jodlbauer,
Grayce Heinemann and
Abby Potticary – also scored for the Greyhounds, taking seventh with a season-best performance of 12:18.24.
Three Greyhounds ran in the 3,000 meters, as well, on Sunday, with
Caite O'Hehir leading the way in 25
th-place with a time of 10:42.69.
Maeve Lowther ran 11:11.36 to finish 28
th, just in front of
Sammie Spargo's time of 11:16.19 for 29
th.
