Luke Dwyer reached the finals of their respective 50-meter butterfly at the U.S. Open Championships in a Austin, Texas, on Saturday for the Loyola University Maryland swimming and diving team.

Robinson won the women's C final in 27.24 seconds, while Dwyer took eighth in the men's C final, touching the wall in 25.50.

Kaden Fatta was 24
th in 200 breaststroke prelims, finishing in 2:21.70, and he then took fifth in the C final of the event in 2:21.79.

Earlier in the day, Robinson qualified for the finals by taking 18
th in the prelims with a swim of 27.41.
Christine Datovech was 30
th in 28.42.

Loyola men's and women's divers competed Saturday at the UMBC Diving Invitational where
Annie Dockx led the way with a third-place finish in the 1-meter event.

Dockx scored 222.10 points in the event, while
Kate Mundorf, Simone Abassi and Lily Jermain were 14th, 15th and 16th, respectively, with 161.65, 161.35 points and 134.85 points.

Mundorf finished ninth in the 3-meter diving with 197.90 points, Dockx was 12th (180.25) and Abassi took 14th (166.00).

In the men's 3-meter,
Ethan Horutz took 10th with 180.70 points. He took 12th in the 1-meter, scoring 198.06

In the women's 100-yard butterfly,
Virginia Walsh placed sixth with a time of 58.18 seconds. The men's 100-yard butterfly saw
Cameron Shinnick claim first place in 48.53, closely followed by teammate Hans Van Lierop in second at 48.89.
Makenna O'Brien finished third in the women's 400-yard individual medley, clocking 4:44.31, while
Hayden Bartz took third in the men's 400 IM with a 4:04.63.

Loyola's men dominated the 200-yard freestyle, with
Thomas Cechini winning in 1:40.97,
Tyler Knurek placing third in 1:41.55, Pierre Leroy fourth in 1:41.96, and
Floyd Conlin eighth in 1:42.87.

Noelle Hoffman was runner-up in the women's 100-yard breaststroke at 1:06.73, and
Jack Hathaway won the men's 100 breaststroke in 56.53, with Connor Libassi second in 57.43.
Elias Corn finished seventh in 58.15,
Dylan Covington was 12th in 1:00.67, and
Peter Weinstein placed 13th in 1:06.89.

Lauren Lane led the women's 100-yard backstroke, winning in 57.72, while Walsh and
Grace Dwyer finished fourth and sixth, respectively. Shinnick added a third-place finish in the men's 100 backstroke with a 49.91. In the men's 200 backstroke, Van Lierop took third in 1:58.28.

Leroy and Conlin finished seventh and eighth in the men's 100 freestyle, with times of 47.09 and 47.15, respectively. Hathaway, Covington, and Weinstein also scored in the event.

Hoffman and O'Brien continued their strong meet in the women's 200 breaststroke, finishing second and third.
JD Moyer won the men's 200 butterfly in 1:48.35, while Pierre Leroy swam exhibition.

Kelly Bruen won the women's 50-yard backstroke in 26.59, and Walsh claimed the women's 200 backstroke in 2:04.52. Knurek and Conlin each won the men's 100 backstroke and 100 breaststroke, respectively, and Covington captured the men's 50-yard butterfly in 22.98.
