FAIRFAX, Va. – Loyola University Maryland's 4x800-meter relay team took first for the women's track and field team, leading the Greyhounds' finishers at the Dalton Ebanks Invitational.

Talia Banafato ran 9:34.91 for first in the race at George Mason.
The Greyhounds' 4x100-meter relay team was fourth in its race on Saturday with the third-best time in school history in the event.
Madelyn Ricard,
Jane Mazzeo,
Lauryn Clarke and
Maddie Van Haren ran 47.23 for the Greyhounds.
Van Haren took 16
th in the 100 meters in 12.43 seconds with Mazzeo one place and one-hundredth of a second (12.44) behind.
Mia Maselli was 41
st in 12.80 seconds, and Ricard ran 12.81 for 43
rd.
Nelly Cruz finished 16
th in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.27 seconds, and
Maggie Yost was 34
th in 17.96.
Claire Dalsass was 27
th in the 400 meters in 61.10 seconds, and Nicolete Militi took 32

Four Loyola men's cross country runners competed late Friday night in the 5,000 meters. Mikey Byrnes was 31
st in 15:25.22, and Christian Zawislack took 35
th in 15:29.72. Dennis McNamara was 43
rd in 15:56.36 and Ailin Oberlies ran 16:05.37 for 44
th.
