Kayla Hayes led the Loyola women's cross country team in her second collegiate race, finishing 129
th at Penn State's Spiked Shoe Invitational, while
Dillon Harding paced the men's side with a 100
th-place finish.
Hayes ran 22:44.6 on the 6,000-meter course at the Penn State Blue & White Golf Course.
Harding covered he men's 5.2-mile course in 26:34.6.
Camden Spring was the second Loyola men's finisher, coming in 141
st in 27:10.6, while Christian Zawsilack was 152
nd in 27;26.5.
Mikey Byrnes finished 160
th in 27:38.0, and
Dennis McNamara was 15 spots back in 28:04.3.
Bryan Hickman and
Ailin Oberlies finished 186
th and 188
th in 28:48.9 and 28:53.2, while
Nick Paganelli and
Dylan Jock were 189
th and 190
th in 28:59.1 and 29:01.8, respectively.
Ryan Melendez finished 192
