BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Loyola University Maryland's
Isabella Coleman and
Camden Spring ran times that ran in the top 10 of Greyhounds program history, leading the women's and men's teams, respectively at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional.
Coleman finished 74th in the women's race with at time of 21:30.7 that is the fastest by a Loyola woman on a 6,000-meter course since 2017 and ranks seventh all-time in program history.
Spring led the Greyhounds for the first time in his career, taking 127th on the men's side in 32:36.6 on the 10,000-meter course for the eighth-best time at Loyola.
The women finished 23th overall in the team standings, and the men were 24th.
Norah Affanato was the second Loyola woman across the line in 142nd (22:39.2), and
Maeve Lowther was less than 12 seconds behind in 151st (22:51.0).
Kiera Udell took 161st (23:05.6), while
Meghan Leonard was 165th (23:23.3).
Sammie Spargo finished 166th (23:24.0), and
Kasey Boag came in 178th (23:48.8).
Mikey Byrnes completed his freshman season by running No. 2 for the Greyhounds in 142nd (33:09.1), and
Ethan Ginyard had a 153rd-place finish in 33:21.1.
Bryan Hickman ran 167th (34:06.2),
Evan Skurat was 171st (34:36.0),
Billy Malone took 177th (35:02.1), and
Ailin Oberlies placed 180th (35:32.8).
